At OMNI Pest Control, our number one priority has always been to protect our valued customers and their environment from harmful pests, the nuisances they create, and the germs and pathogens they carry. Many times this can be accomplished through regular treatments applied to the exterior perimeter of a home. However, it is sometimes necessary or preferred to service the interior as well. We will continue to provide interior service upon request only, and will advise when conditions indicate it might be needed.

The nature of our business makes us especially sensitive to what we touch and how we impact our surroundings. That’s why you have become accustomed to seeing us wear nitrile gloves and vinyl shoe covers when servicing home interiors. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented the following additional precautions to help protect our customers and ourselves:

While it is not possible to be certain one is COVID negative without specific and regular testing, no technician will provide service while presenting symptoms consistent with COVID-19, and he shall remain inactive for a period of 14 days following the cessation of such symptoms.

If interior service is requested, your technician will ask if anyone in the home is currently presenting symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or is under quarantine. If so, interior service will be rescheduled for a later date when the illness and/or quarantine has been lifted.

In addition to gloves and shoe covers, your technician will wear a mask when servicing your home.
We are closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other federal and local health officials and authorities. We remain committed to responding to the needs of our customers and employees as this situation evolves.
